Every Sacred Sunday ("we," "us") operates The Sunday Roundup. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and application.

Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when you sign up or update your profile.

Newsletter activity: your membership in newsletters, issue responses, comments, and related content you submit.

Phone number (optional): if you opt in to SMS, we collect and store the US mobile number you provide, your SMS consent text and timestamp, and whether you opted out (including STOP replies).

Technical data: device and usage information collected through normal operation of the site, such as logs and analytics, to keep the Service secure and improve performance.

Provide and operate the Service, including authentication, newsletters, issue publishing, and member collaboration.

Send email notifications about issues, reminders, and publications according to your newsletter participation.

Send SMS notifications only when you have opted in, for response reminders and published-issue alerts as described in our Terms.

Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms.

Analyze aggregated usage to improve the product.

Email: use unsubscribe links or contact us to stop issue-related email. This is separate from SMS preferences.

SMS: opt in only through the in-app consent flow. Opt out via STOP, in-app SMS settings, or by contacting us. SMS consent is not required to use the Service or participate in newsletters.

Profile: update name, email, or contact phone in your profile. The number used for SMS texts is the one you consented to at opt-in until you opt in again with a new number.

Service providers: we use vendors to deliver email and SMS (including Brevo), host infrastructure, and provide analytics. They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services.

Newsletter members: content you submit for an issue may be visible to other members of that newsletter as designed by the product.

Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and newsletter data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. SMS opt-in records, delivery logs, and opt-out status may be retained to comply with messaging regulations and demonstrate consent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
